VINIFICATION: After the intensive soaking period, the fermentation continues
in progress. When approximately 8% is reached the process is stopped by
addition of wine alcohol, after which the wine rests for almost 2 years
wooden barrels. Further maturation takes place in the bottle.

GRAPES: touriga francesa, touriga nacional
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 20.50%

AROMA & TASTE: Powerful and intense aromas of black fruit,
cherries and aromatic notes. The fruit and tannins are perfect in
balance. Rich and elegant with a huge concentration. Long finish.
Very stylish.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with desserts and great with
almonds or walnuts and aged cheeses.
